An intentional community designed to cultivate movement, connection, and holistic wellness.
Black Women Who Walk creates a welcoming space where Black women can prioritize their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through consistent movement and meaningful community. Through weekly walks, wellness experiences, and authentic connection, we encourage women to care for their bodies, strengthen their minds, and build lasting relationships while embracing healing—one step at a time.
-

Physical Movement
Together, we build sustainable movement habits that support your health, fit your lifestyle, and encourage long-term well-being.
-

Social Connection
Healing doesn't happen in isolation. Walking together creates opportunities to connect, encourage, and learn from one another through shared experiences.
-

Mental & Emotional Well-Being
Life isn't always easy. We create space to slow down, clear your mind, process your thoughts, and care for your mental and emotional well-being.
-

Spiritual Well-Being
Every walk is more than time outdoors, it's an opportunity to reconnect with God, appreciate creation, and find renewal in the world around you.
WHAT SETS US APART
Community, wellness, and intentionality shape every walk we lead. These aren't just values—they're the foundation of every experience we create. We believe meaningful change happens through consistent movement, genuine connection, and creating space for Black women to care for their minds, bodies, and spirits together.
