We provide a nurturing environment where members can share their experiences without judgment or shame. It's crucial to feel supported and understood, and we prioritize creating a space that honors and respects each individual's unique journey.
Healing Techniques
We explore healing techniques and practices that center on Black Women's unique experiences. From meditation and yoga to expressive arts therapy and journaling, we provide tools to reconnect with ourselves and our ancestral wisdom.
Community
Connection is vital for healing. We foster a community where Black Women and Women of Color can unite to uplift and inspire one another. We believe that sharing our stories strengthens our bonds and helps break the silence surrounding our lived experiences.

Our support group is specifically for Black women who are looking to heal from past traumas and break free from generational dysfunction. We welcome individuals committed to personal growth, self-reflection, and creating positive change in their lives.

While our sessions may incorporate therapeutic elements, this support group is NOT a substitute for professional therapy or counseling. We aim to provide a communal space for shared experiences and empowerment, but we encourage members to seek individualized professional support.

We conduct both in-person and virtual meetings to accommodate diverse schedules and preferences. Our sessions include facilitated discussions, wellness activities, and guest speakers addressing various aspects of healing and personal development. Members are encouraged to engage in open dialogue, share their experiences, and offer mutual support.
